Skateboard Helmet Law Passes In New York- For Kids (Posted 11/25/2004)

New York * State's politicians have been accused of leaving most major legislative business unfinished this year. But they did accomplish one thing: passing a law requiring skaters under 14 to wear helmets while riding skateboards in public areas.
